Booking Terms

By booking an appointment or purchasing a service, you are providing consent to receive the requested session. If you have any questions, please reach out before making your booking.

Sessions can be arranged by email at info@welcomeyourself.co.uk, using Get in Touch from on the website or by mobile at (+44) 7949 490807.

A session is confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email or message has been sent by Emilia.

The duration and format of each session depend on the service selected and must be paid for at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.

Current fees for individual sessions are listed on the website. Bespoke or extended programmes will be quoted individually.

Emilia reserves the right to adjust fees periodically, but confirmed bookings will remain at the agreed rate.

Payments can be made by bank transfer. For in-person sessions, cash can be accepted at the start of the appointment. Please note that no-shows or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable, and full payment will remain due by the next working day.

Receipts or invoices are available upon request.
(Not VAT registered – VAT not applicable. Supply of services from the UK – outside the scope of EU VAT.)

Cancellation Rights

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of purchase. However, because sessions are often scheduled within that period, you agree that your right to cancel will end 48 hours before the session start time. From that point onward, the session is considered fully payable and non-refundable.

Est.Pulse Ltd is a UK-based business. Prices are shown exclusive of VAT.
For EU and internaltional customers, no VAT is charged. Any local taxes that may apply in your country remain your responsibility under local regulations.

Scope of Work

Emilia offers two distinct services: Craniosacral Therapy and Business Coaching.
Each is delivered within its own professional framework and boundaries. Craniosacral Therapy is a therapeutic modality that supports the body’s natural capacity for balance and regulation; it is not a medical or diagnostic treatment. Business Coaching focuses on professional growth, leadership, and strategy and is not a form of therapy. Bespoke programmes are delivered as agreed in contract.

What I Collect

I collect only the information needed to deliver your chosen service, such as your name, contact details, booking information, and, where relevant, session notes.
Sensitive details (for craniosacral therapy clients) are stored securely and used only to support your care.

Managing bookings and sending confirmations or reminders
Providing therapy or coaching services
Keeping required insurance and progress records
Invoicing and accounting purposes

Your data is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.

Confidentiality & Storage

All records are stored securely — digitally via encrypted, password-protected systems, and physically in locked storage.
Data held by Wix.com (website host) meets international data protection standards.
If you live outside the UK or EU, your data may be transferred internationally with appropriate safeguards in place.

Retention

Information is kept only as long as needed for professional, legal, or insurance reasons typically between 6–7 years, depending on the service and client age. For children retention period is 7 years after 21st birthday.

Your Rights

You have the right to access and correct the personal information I hold about you. You may also request deletion of your data; however, please note that some information may need to be retained for legal, professional, or insurance purposes.
